What Is an E-Bundle?
An e-bundle is a digital version of the hearing bundle: the documents for a case, organised, indexed and made available electronically rather than in lever-arch files. Electronic presentation of evidence (EPE) allows those documents to be displayed to everyone taking part in the hearing, so that the tribunal, counsel and witnesses are looking at the same page at the same time.
We provide e-bundling and EPE through an established technology partnership, alongside our transcription services in the UK, so you do not need to coordinate separate suppliers.
How It Works
Share your documents: you send us the documents for the hearing.
We prepare the bundle: the documents are organised into an electronic bundle for the hearing.
Present at the hearing: the bundle is used to present evidence during the hearing.
Transcription alongside: where you also need a transcript, we can provide this too, through the same point of contact.
